OUR Terms & Conditions

These Terms and conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as “TOS”) between Babji Holidays and the person(s) availing the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) shall be read and understood carefully by the User before availing any services. Availing of the Services shall imply that the User has read, understood and accepted without any conditions the TOS.


  • The User will be required to pay the entire booking amount prior to the confirmation of booking / before date informed at time of ticket issuance. Any amount paid in part or not paid shall not entitle the Customer to claim that he has made the booking
  • All final prices are inclusive of applicable Government Taxes and Levies.
  • Babji Holidays shall not be responsible for any refunds for “no shows” or for any partial utility of booking. All charges to be borne by Customer.
  • To avail of infant’s fares, an infant must be under 24 months from the date of birth throughout the entire itinerary of journey done under the booking. This includes the onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the date of return journey, User will have to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Senior Citizens bookings are dependent on Airlines Policy and Babji Holidays shall not be responsible for the same.
  • All the tickets/bookings issued to the Customer shall be further governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service provider/airlines.
  • As per the Airlines Rules, the standard check-in-time begins 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Users are further advised to check the Websites of respective Service Providers for any change in the check-in-timing policy before starting their journey.
  • In the event, Customer does not report within the reporting time, he/she shall be considered as “no show” and Babji Holidays shall not be held responsible for the same.
  • All Customers are required to carry valid photo identity for proof of age along with them.
  • Customer is required to submit proof of age at the time of booking concessional fares.
  • The allocation of seats is as per Airlines Policy. Babji Holidays does not assume any responsibility for seat allocation. Users are advised to visit Website of the respective Airlines to check the seat allocation policy or call the respective airline.
  • Bookings done for Hotel shall not be refunded in case of “no show”. Babji Holidays does not endorse the authenticity of claims made by Hotels on their website. Users are required to make their independent enquiries prior to booking.
  • In case of changes in bookings Babji Holidays can assist the Customer with amendments only to the extent possible at its end. In some cases, though, Customer will have to contact the Airlines directly. All changes will be subject to levies, fare differences and re-booking charges as applicable.
  • In case of cancellation or postponement of bookings, charges levied by the Airlines are non-refundable.
  • Amendment of Booking Fares depends on Airline Policy Babji Holidays has no role in the same.
  • The refundable/non-refundable nature of booking fares is as per the Airline Policy.
  • Convenience fees is non-refundable in case of tickets cancellation by the User or flight cancellation by the Airline.
  • No cancellation request shall be entertained unless it is made in writing or through same channel through which ticket issuance instructions were issued. No-Show deadlines etc apply and are restricted to within normal office hours
  • Upon doing web/tele check in, Customer shall get in touch with airline for cancellation. Babji Holidays will not be able to process refund for such cancellations and does not take any responsibility towards the same.
  • Convenience Fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • It is mandatory to contact Babji Holidays for all refunds in relation to cancellation done on the Airline .
  • Cancellations directly made with the Airline are required to be intimated to Babji Holidays in writing or through same channel through which ticket issuance instructions were issued in order to enable Babji Holidays to initiate the refund process.
  • Processing time for cancellation and refund request vary and are dependent upon airline policy.
  • Refund of charges shall be processed on the basis of payment made.
  • Babji Holidays shall refund cancellation amount only after the respective airlines/service provider processes the refund.
  • All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change. Prices advised may not include taxes, airport charges and other additional cost such as fuel levies, surcharges for internet booking and seasonal surcharges. User will be notified of applicable taxes, airport charges and other charges at the time of booking. Such taxes and charges are subject to change until tickets are issued. In case of some Airports, taxes are not prepaid and it is the responsibility of the Traveller to pay such amount wherever applicable.
  • Customer shall be responsible for their own action in utilizing the services availed of by them. Babji Holidays shall not be liable for any such action.
  • The Customer hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understood the TOS herein. The User further consents that the TOS are acceptable to him.
